Our Teachers
All of our teachers are certified through the British Association of Teachers of Dancing.

Lynne Erbrick (Bustos)

Lynne was born in Philadelphia, PA and began her dancing career at the age of five.  She studied Highland Dancing at the Marguerite Reid School of Highland Dancing and Ballet at the Philadelphia Dance Academy. Lynne won the Gaelic College Scholarship and spent two summers studying with J. L. MacKenzie in Nova Scotia.  Lynne also spent three months in Scotland where she studied with Elspeth Strathern. While in Scotland, she became the first American dancer to win the Junior World Championship at the Cowal Games.  Lynne is a fellow, life member and examiner for the British Association of Teachers of Dancing.  She is an adjudicator for the Scottish Official Board of Highland Dancing.  She is still the only American winner of a World Championship to also be a judge.

Julie began dancing with the Pocono Highland Dance Academy at the age of four and has been a member now for over 30 years.  She won numerous awards during her competitive career, including the Eastern Regional Championship.  Julie also competed and placed in several US Inter-Regional Championships.
